Dr. Lyman and his staff are the absolute moral and ethical compass that modern healthcare needs. I believe in reviews and providing honest feedback for others, should they ever be in a predicament that I was facing. Over the last year one horrible dental and medical experience after another leaving empty handed with no diagnosis or solution, I was grateful to come across Lakewood Ranch Oral and Facial Surgery. The front office staff are compassionate, understanding and helpful. They got me in immediately for an appointment, as a new patient same day AND it was the day before I was heading out of town for a business trip (imagine my relief). In addition to following up with my treatment and care plan soon after. No pressure to move forward just concern to ensure I was comfortable. The atmosphere, irregardless the time of year is warm, welcoming and comfortable. A complete 180 that you would expect from an oral surgeons office. The ambiance, music, staff and even Piper brought me smiles and respite during one of the worst time in my life. ****IMPORTANT*** If you're seeking strictly provider feedback Dr. Lyman, he not only understood my medical journey but dove into the root cause. I myself as an analyst, strive for results of this caliber as it is the root.. The derivative of all problems. What 10+ providers missed, Dr. Lyman educated, provided ample resources, and mostly importantly supported a path back to good health. I don't know where I would be had I not been so blessed to find a empathetic and truthful practice and provider. My experience with Dr. Lyman was not positive, and I chose to see Dr. David Christian in West Bradenton instead where I received significantly better care, and overall had a much better experience. I also noticed that a lot of the 5-star reviews for this office are from profiles that have only ever posted one review. While I can’t say for certain what that means, it did make me question the authenticity of the ratings and reviews.
