The office staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Dr. Lyman took the time to clearly explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable and informed before my procedure. His calm demeanor and expertise really helped ease my nerves. The procedure itself went smoothly, and recovery has been much easier than I expected thanks to his careful work and thorough post-op instructions.
