As a spouse of a patient I can only rate the quality of the waiting room. I’m impressed with the friendly staff, especially Elizabeth, who was a wealth of knowledge. She kept me informed of the process every step of the way while I waited for my husband. The waiting area is comfortable and the coffee latte they offered is delicious.

We had a pretty complex case and were very nervous going in. We had consults with other oral surgeons prior to seeing Dr. Lyman, but once we sat with him for the consult, it was evident this was where we were having the procedure completed. He was incredibly thorough, patient, and genuinely listened to our concerns. I was especially impressed with his knowledge on some of the newer research topics, and it’s obvious he’s using the newest technologies/research/methods while performing his procedures. The office is very nice, extremely clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and they have a text line for after the procedure for anything you need. Our anesthesiologist was excellent and met with us prior to the surgery in a dedicated 1:1 consult as well to ensure everything went seamlessly. 10/10 would recommend. Very, very relieved we chose the right place to have this procedure performed.

Dr. Austin Lyman is a top notch oral surgeon. His staff is courteous and makes you feel comfortable. The facility is state of the art with the latest technology. I had three teeth extracted and two implants all done as one procedure, this avoids having to come back several times. Dr. Lyman and his assistants showed their expertise and ran my procedure like clockwork.
