“I always have an outstanding experience with Dr. Lyman! His staff is welcoming, and the office is modern and clean. Dr. Lyman takes the time to explain procedures clearly and goes out of his way to ensure everyone has a wonderful experience. I recommend him to all my friends and family.”
“Dr Lyman is nothing short of incredible! He is a very smart man who knows his field of expertise inside out. During my appointment, Dr Lyman’s passion for his work and how much he cares about his patients was evident by way of his patience, empathy, understanding and by the time he took to listen to my concerns and answer any questions. He spent over an hour with me and not once did I feel rushed or like I was ‘just another patient’. Thank you so much! I cannot recommend him enough.”

Patient Review
Dr Lyman seems very knowledgeable and I’m sure he is great at what he does. Unfortunately the people at the front do not seem to be coordinated and that led to confusion happening not once but TWO TIMES. The first time left me crying because of something I had no control over. We had our initial consultation and after being quoted 55k for implants I called and asked if there was anyway we could just have whatever is infected cleaned and extracted, I was told there were 10 points of decay and infection. I wanted a care plan so I could see what would not be covered by insurance, it said $95. Mind you it took me 2 weeks of calling and waiting to get this care plan. The day we got there for his appointment, while waiting, Elizabeth let me know that my dad was confused on what was going on, I was too confused until I found out only ONE tooth was going to be removed when that is not what we talked about over the phone and what we asked for which was whatever doctor would do MINUS the implants. That’s all. That ended in Dr. Lyman being angry at ME for the carelessness of HIS staff when it came to communicating and clarifying what it was I wanted. I’m not a dentist so unfortunately I don’t know what everything means but it seemed like that was my fault. I explained what we needed multiple times. We rescheduled and I was embarrassed. I do appreciate that Dr. Lyman was willing to go over what we would be doing at the rescheduled appointment, and we both agreed that was what I originally wanted. That would be $1350 after insurance which made more sense. A week before my dads rescheduled appointment I called to ask if they would send me the care plan… it again took 3 days of calling back to have them get that to me. I got it less than 24 hours before his surgery even though I tried to get it earlier so that this wouldn’t happen again. To my surprise I see a $95 left over amount. I called to ask what had happened on what we agreed on before and that maybe we should reschedule for a consultation because they seem to be confused on the thing I’ve asked for multiple times: THE EXTRACTIONS AND CLEANING OF THE 10 TEETH MINUS THE IMPALNTS. 😀😀😀. I really don’t know how many more times I could ask for the same thing. She said she would check with doctor to make sure that was right and get back to me. I was called back and told that my father would be released as a patient because of the confusion less than 48 hours before the procedure. I had no time to dispute this confusion in advance because of THEM and the confusion was also because of THEM. I made what I needed clear and somehow they just didn’t understand. Even though Elizabeth was there for what Dr. Lyman explained to us at the first scheduled procedure appointment that we ended up rescheduling, somehow the same mistake was made twice. I acknowledge that I did have to reschedule twice after my dads hip surgery because I didn’t know how things worked with joint replacement and dental work. I do understand that is a lot for the office and my goal wasn’t to waste doctor Lyman’s time or to make anything harder for anyone but it seems that there is a disconnect with managing front of house tasks. Now my father has to go through the whole process of getting a specialist again. Wish it would of played out differently, oh well.

Patient Review
DO NOT GO HERE! Dr. Lyman was very rude, demeaning and not understanding when it came to figuring out scheduling and sharing basic information for a tooth surgery for my dad. No compassion whatsoever coming from the “head” of the office. I do not understand how you can be in practice and genuinely not care for situations regarding your own referred patients who are in need of help. Absolutely disgusted by his attitude and lack of empathy. No patient and family in need should be leaving an office with tears and hopelessness because the doctor oddly chose to come face to face with a patient and their family being blatantly rude and like we are a burden asking him to do us a favor. So shocking. As well, cherry on top, when the appointment finally got scheduled (which was scheduled 3 months in advance) it got cancelled 1 day prior to the surgery🤣 Because last second they decided he was not clear? Thanks for the heads up 20 hours before the 3 month planned surgery day. Horrible upkeeping on the front desks end. YOU CAN NOT BE REAL. Thanks for the no help.
