I rue the day we were referred to this practice by our family dentist for my daughter's wisdom teeth extraction. I'll keep this as short and concise as I can to save your time, but if you're thinking of visiting this office, I implore you to read a lot of reviews. Check other sites as well; don't just rely on Google feedback. - Unnecessary "add-ons" to the procedure totaling an additional $1,114 to the cost (not covered by insurance). When asked to remove the add-on, they refused. - We went in person to cancel the procedure a week before it was scheduled. The desk staff was incredibly unprofessional and argued with us about refunding the security deposit, not seeming to understand that we were doing so in advance and not the day of the procedure. Arguing with customers in your lobby is not a great look! - Once the appointment was cancelled, and it was determined we were entitled to our deposit back, it has taken 4 months(!) of constant calls on my part, and we STILL haven't seen our money back. - $3,691 for wisdom teeth extraction! We ended up going to Dr. Abraham instead, and it was less than $1,590. These are pre-insurance prices by the way. - The consultation x-rays we paid for were worthless to Dr. Abraham, and had to be retaken, so that was another waste of money. I'm sure a lot of people have had great experiences here. Unfortunately, I wasn't one of them.

Had a ton of questions about wisdom teeth extractions for my partner and Gaby at the front desk was very helpful. She was so informative and has a great attitude! Haven’t scheduled just yet but went inside to take a look at the office. I was extremely impressed with how clean and professional the front office staff was. Looking forward to having Dr. Lyman take care of my partner, as he is highly accredited.

Dr. Lyman’s practice is the definition of high-end dental care done right. The space is beautiful, the technology is top-notch, and his attention to detail is unmatched. On top of that, he’s one of the most genuine, caring people you’ll meet. His team is just as impressive - they're warm, professional, and always making you feel completely at ease from start to finish. You can really feel the pride he and his staff take in every aspect of their work. I will forever recommend Dr. Lyman and his incredible practice!!

Horrid practice. Lots of fake 5 star reviews on here. $400 for X-rays and a homeopathic pre-surgery dental kit. $3100 for ONE impacted wisdom tooth removal. Lyman just wastes your time with a 30 minute spiel to sell his overpriced services, and yes he is snobby and arrogant. Went to Dr. Christian in west Bradenton and he only charged $200 for the SAME PROCEDURE. NO IV anesthesia was needed (which just made Lyman even more $$) and NO CHARGE for the X-rays. It is ridiculous this practice is still here. Lyman is not a good person. All general dentists should avoid referring patients to this practice.
